Carri is the Founder of both CAN Do Business Solutions and Growth Circles (Un) Limited.
She is a serial entrepreneur who has over 25 years experience in supporting, growing, and transforming SMEs of all shapes and sizes, in almost every sector. She has achieved this not only as a coach and mentor, and the CEO of some very interesting and diverse organisations, but also as an economic development consultant who helped create and shape many of the entrepreneurial, start up and small business support programmes in Scotland and Poland throughout the 1990s and early 2000s.
Carri is an inspirational business leader, whose coaching and mentoring is informed by the fact that she has walked the talk. Her maxim is that if you can help a business leader to become the very best version of themselves, and give them the support and learning they need to achieve this, then they will transform their businesses as a matter of course – creating jobs and thus helping the regional economy to grow. In other words, hands-on practical economic development at its finest.
